No Christmas Baby?

I've had two dr's appts this week, and today she said she doesn't think I'll have a Christmas baby as the baby isn't quite there yet (not dialated). So fingers crossed baby will wait until January! On Tuesday I had an appointment with her regarding my cankles and was told I couldn't work anymore. Because of my severe swelling I have appointments every 4 days now (next week I'm seeing the doctor she shares her practice with) to monitor my blood pressure and such for Pre-eclampsia. There wasn't much going on this week for work anyways so it really wasn't an issue that I "couldn't" work. I got permission from her to attend our group lunch today which was all I cared about so I could say goodbye to everyone. So far, so good, and I've just finished my last day of work for at least a year, soooo happy!!!
