Clean Bills of Health

Alyssa had a great 6 month checkup. She grew 8 cms and is at 16 lbs 2 ozs and 70 cms long. Babies tend to grow along a curve, and Alyssa grew so much in the past two months that she's gone up a curve. The doctor was very pleased. I was concerned with the amount she spits up, but was reassured with how much she is growing she's obviously absorbing enough nutrients.

The same day Sam also got a clean bill of health. She's free of worms once again, or I guess I should say they are not active. The type she has can be passed to small children so she's been neglected by me quite a bit during the day and we had to really keep her away from Alyssa. Now it is nice that Alyssa can interact with her more; she really enjoys petting her.

I had my first post-natal dental visit last week and am cavity free!!! They thought they had seen a cavity when I was just 12 weeks pregnant but they couldn't Xray or do anything to fix it. Luckily it was not, I'm still cavity free...28 years and counting...
