"High" Speed Internet

So it turns out the problem was not Blogger, it was Bell, and our lack of high speed internet. Since last Wednesday (the 20th) our internet has been painfully slow. On Monday I finally got around to calling Bell. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with their India call centre, with a useless "technician" and his supervisor, only to get no where. They "tested" our download speed (using a Bell site of course) and we got under what I should be getting but they didn't seem to think that was a problem. When I tested on my own I got a speed of 9, and they told me I should be getting 500+ based on the service we have. Sympatico email has been horrible, it is web based and many times I click to sign on and get an error page. I haven't been able to respond to emails so I have been messaging friends through Facebook instead. Today, randomly, it works. Last night Ryan noticed they have switched the "look" of their site and if you've seen the commercials during the Olympics the new look is in line with the "er" campaign. So now today it works fine. I wish Bell was just honest with us and sent an email to Sympatico users stating that they were updating things and the service would be back to normal soon. That way I wouldn't have wasted 50 mins on the phone with the idiots in India who told me my computer was the problem and I should take it in to have someone look at it. When I questioned why the internet was slow on all 3 of our computers in the house they stated I should have someone look at all 3 computers. Thank God I didn't bother with that, that would have been a waste of money.
Here are the long awaited pictures from the below post.
